Description: Contains project administration records and transcripts 1999-2021, Skidby Mill oral history interviews 1999-2008, other recordings and transcripts 1978-2021.

Admin History: The minidisc recordings were created by Stefan Ramsden as part of the Lottery funded redevelopment of Skidby Mill in 1999-2001. In this period older recordings were donated by the public to the East Riding Museums Service for the project. A few more recordings were created in 2007-2008 by Skidby Mill volunteer coordinator Fiona Jenkinson and her team. In October 2019, Tyne & Wear Archives and Museums digitised all the Skidby Mill oral history recordings held on minidiscs. In 2021 East Riding of Yorkshire Council's Document Processing team completed transcipts for the digitised Skidby Mill oral history recordings.
