The monthly magazines cover the parishes of Barmby Moor with Fangfoss, Bishop Wilton, Bugthorpe, Catton with Stamford Bridge and Scoreby, Full Sutton with Skirpenbeck, Kexby with Wilberfoss and Newton on Derwent, Kirby Underdale, Millington with Great Givendale, Pocklington with Yapham and Kilnwick Percy, Scrayingham with Leppington and Howsham, Sutton on Derwent, Thornton with Allerthorpe and Melbourne, and Warter. Magazines includes notices of baptisms, marriages and burials.
A version of the Archiverse Minecraft map was made available to participants as an online, multiplayer server providing they had Minecraft Java Edition installed on their device and an internet connection. Participants were able to access the Archiverse server 24 hours a day, 7 days a week across the duration of the project. In-game creations were exported as screenshots and video by the project lead.
In-person Archiverse Minecraft events were delivered as an opportunity for participants to contribute to the project under the supervision of the project lead. In these one-to-one sessions, participants were using a version of the Archiverse map created in Minecraft Education Edition.
